Karl Lagerfeld seemed to have the right idea with his Chanel Resort 2008 collection. His runway show was extremely jetset, complete with two Challanger 601 Jets and personalized flight bags on every seat. The collection was utterly glamorous, but sensible, with clean lines, tailored blazers, and sequined tunic dresses. His inspiration was nursed by dreams of luxury, the desire of comfort, and the excitement of travel... oh yes, and of course The Jetset blog.
